Patient Reviews
I am a U.S Army veteran and recently began TMS treatment, and I’m starting to notice small but meaningful improvements in my ability to interact with others. It’s a gradual process, but I’ve realized that the treatment isn’t just about showing up—it also requires effort on my part to truly “try.” Taking that step to actively engage with the process has been key to experiencing the benefits.
Before starting TMS treatment, I was nervous about the “shocking” sensation I’d heard about, but it turned out to be much less intense than I had imagined. The sensation is more of a light tapping or mild pulse on your scalp rather than anything painful or overwhelming. After the first few sessions, I quickly adjusted and found it easy to relax during the treatments. The staff also made sure I was comfortable every step of the way, explaining what to expect and checking in regularly. It’s definitely not as intimidating as it sounds, and any initial concerns I had were quickly put to rest.
The staff at the clinic, led by Dr. Siddiki, are phenomenal. They go above and beyond to create a personal connection during each visit, making you feel truly comfortable and cared for. Their friendly demeanor and genuine desire to help make all the difference in this journey.
If you’re dealing with depression and looking for a treatment option, I wholeheartedly recommend TMS. Dr. Siddiki and her team are amazing, and they’re committed to helping you find a path to feeling better.

I have started seeing Dr. Siddiki in October 2023 for depression and anxiety. I went through several medications but not tolerating the side effects very well. Finally in mid June 2024, I was convinced to try the daily 6-week TMS treatment as an alternative. It was by no means the most convenient but in my case was the difference maker in how my mood and thinking slowly started to shift.
I felt some improvement in how I process my thoughts towards the end of the 6 weeks but progress has continued even after the visits.
For patients who are not able to take or tolerate certain medications, TMS is definitely worth trying. While TMS did not magically fix everything overnight, every day has since been getting more manageable. Dr. Siddiki and Jessica work with patients' availability, regularly check on progress, and continuously provide support and encouragement at Perfect Balance.
