Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) is an FDA-cleared, non-invasive treatment that uses focused magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. At Perfect Balance, we offer advanced TMS with the Horizon® 3.0 StimGuide system for depression, OCD and anxiety, especially for patients who have not improved enough with, or cannot tolerate, medications.

Spravato® (Esketamine) Treatment
Spravato® is an FDA-approved esketamine nasal spray, used together with an oral antidepressant, for adults with treatment-resistant depression and for depressive symptoms in adults with major depressive disorder with acute suicidal thoughts or actions. It is administered only in a certified healthcare setting under medical supervision.
Who may benefit
- Adults who have tried at least two antidepressants without enough relief
- Adults with major depressive disorder and acute suicidal thoughts or actions
- Patients looking for a different approach from oral medications alone
What a treatment day looks like
- Check-in: vital signs are taken before your dose.
- Self-administered dose: you use the nasal spray under direct supervision of our staff.
- Monitoring: you stay in our office for at least 2 hours while we monitor you.
- Ride home: you must have a driver — no driving until the next day after a restful sleep.

Spravato is available only through a restricted program (REMS). Please complete all required forms before your first session.
